Service Level Agreements
A Service Level Agreement defines a measurable group of performance metrics for
a hosting account. These metrics usually involve a set of statistics that must
be achieved over a one month time span.
An example SLA could define a blanket 99.5 percent application uptime guarantee. This
means that the application has to be running for 99.5 percent of the elapsed time in
a given month, or the SLA is broken. If the SLA is broken, Evolution incurs a financial
penalty and reimburses the account holder.
In most cases SLA's are only offered with Dedicated hosting accounts. To explore setting up
an SLA with Evolution, please e-mail the sales team
